Seward are delighted to announce they have been awarded with a Manufacturer approval from Suzuki. With this addition to our list of manufacturer approvals already achieved, it provides our customers with the confidence that any repairs undertaken will be to manufacturer’s guidelines. 2) Vauxhall and Chevrolet Manufacturer Approval
Recently our Southampton repair centre has become the approved Vauxhall and Chevrolet repairer, covering the local Southampton area. This is another proud achievement for Seward and we believe acts as proof of the quality standards we provide in both customer service and quality of our workmanship throughout our group.

7) Allianz Insurance PLC Approval
Seward have been appointed as an approved repairer to the Allianz Insurance Company. Allianz are one of the leading motor insurers in the UK, trading through their motor insurance arm Cornhill Direct. At Seward we are excitied by the prospect of providing Allianz with both quality and customer excellence.
At Seward we have always had an ‘open door’ policy to all our work partners and recently we have extended this service by inviting Fortis insurance to enjoy a tour of one of our sites. The aim is to give their staff an understanding of the repair process so they can pass their ‘new’ knowledge onto their customers and confidently answer questions regarding the repair process. We believe this helps to bond both companies by working closely together with the customer ultimately receiving improved customer service. We will be looking to extend the invites to other Insurance companies over the coming months.
9) Seward awarded prestigious Zurich repair contract
Seward are delighted to announce they have been chosen as one of only 4 repair groups to be recommended by top insurer Zurich Insurance. Seward enhanced territory will see them repair in the region of 4000 vehicles a year for Zurich policy holders in an area stretching along the south coast from Dorset to East Sussex.
